Who we are
Better Bandits was founded by Hector Rodriguez-Sanchez, a Santa Barbara native and U.S. Marine Corps veteran who has worked as a carpenter since leaving active duty in 2021.
“After years on job sites, I saw firsthand how much time junk removal takes away from households, businesses, and contractors—so I set out to build a service that makes the process simple, reliable, and efficient. Locally owned and veteran-operated, Better Bandits reflects the discipline and work ethic I learned from my family and the Corps. Those values are carried into every job we take on.”
